Could only manage to finish fifth last time out over 6f32yards at Albany following a minor placing at Pinjarra over 6½f the run prior. Should be in the mix. ELEGANT INDI (11) returns after five months in the paddock. Closed the last campaign with a fourth over 7f at Northam. Tuned up with a fifth in a recent trial at Bunbury AW. Has ability and is a leading player. ROSA CHAMPLAIN (13) was prominent into the straight last time but tired late to finish 3 lengths away in fifth over 7f at Geraldton. Rates highly in this field and can turn things around.
