GOLD ASPEN (8) improved last start to finish third over 6½f at this track after being prominent at the corner. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. BOLT D'PLATA (3) was well fancied last time out but disappointed in finishing fourth over 6½f at this track (Dirt), beaten 6 lengths. This offers him a great chance of breaking through. IRON TAP (9) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start when he was never in contention over 1m1/2f at Gulfstream Park, beaten 12 lengths into sixth. This doesn't look as hard so he will be hard to beat. I WANNA ROCK (5) is a 28-start maiden who has been in the money seven times. Could only manage fourth at the latest appearance over 7f at this track (Dirt). Has a good record at this distance with two top-three results from four starts. Expected to measure up.
