GOLDEN SMILE (11) drifted well back last start before winding up strongly to finish third, beaten 0.9 lengths, over 1m at Taree. Will be tough to hold out again. OUR SPARKY (6) finds it hard to win but ran a strong race last time when beaten 0.6 lengths into second over 1m at Grafton. Sure to be in the mix. ANCIENT MISSION (1) turned in a solid run last time when boxing on to finish second at Ballina. Likely to relish the extra ground and is among the each way hopes.
