Excels at the beginning of her campaigns with two wins from two starts so a bright return looks on the cards. BLACK ON BEAUTY (6) has not appeared since she finished 13th over 5½f in the LR Goldmarket Hcp at Gold Coast on January 24. Has recorded three wins when when resuming from a break. Comes here with definite claims. HURTS SO GOOD (7) did a great job to score by half a length over this course and distance last start in a far better run. Looks well placed so expect another big run. THE INFLICTOR (4) comes here off a break of three-and-a-half months. Worth noting he filled a minor placing when returning from a lay-off last prep over 5f at this track. Yet to win when resuming but generally runs well with three minor placings from three tries. Among the better hopes.
