GOLDEN PEACE (2) is returning from a lay-off of four-and-a-half months. Finished seventh at Scottsville over 1m3/4f at the first run last prep. Now with a new trainer Alan Greeff. Rates highly and makes plenty of appeal. ABOUND (8) was sent out favourite last time when second over 6f at Fairview All Weather after he was always up in the leading division. Won't be bothered by this longer journey. One of the main contenders. BRENDEN JAMES (7) has progressed nicely in his last couple of runs. Finished second at this track two starts back then landed the prize by 0.8 lengths last time out over 1m at this track. Best figures measure up. Sure to run well.
