STINGY (7) scored when resuming at Fairgrounds then finished 17 lengths away in 11th over 6f at Fairgrounds (Dirt). Has never been out of the placings at the third run in so he looks very hard to beat. TEMPER TANTRUM (6) had been in sparkling form winning two races on end but missed the frame most recently when fifth over 1m1/2f at Turfway Park (Synthetic). Has a strong record at this journey with two wins and a placing from four starts and is among the leading chances. DANVILLE (2) raced on the speed and found plenty to score by 1.75 lengths at this track and trip last start to maintain his good form of late. It doesn't get any easier but on his best form he is capable of another big performance. ROCKET HOTSHOT (1) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1m1/4f at this track, beaten 7 lengths into fourth. Best efforts measure up so worth another chance.
