BLACK CHERRY (13) showed little early speed last start and failed to come on in the straight when sixth, beaten 7 lengths, over 6f at Kyneton. Likely improver with strong prospects. AQUAFOX (3) turned in a moderate effort on debut last start when eighth at Benalla over 5½f, beaten 4 lengths. Looks well placed here and has to be respected.
