VELVET DEVIL (9) is back from a break of ten weeks. Raced twice in her maiden campaign and wasn't far away on either occasion including the last run when second over 6f at Fairgrounds (Dirt). Sure to have improved over the lay-off and can open winning account. BIG AIR (8) resumes from a lay-off of eight months and looked close to a win before that break, finishing off with a minor placing over 1m at Kentucky (Turf). Jockey Jose Ortiz back aboard. Has ability and can hit the ground running this campaign. SCARCE (3) ran a fair race on debut last time out, beaten 9 lengths into fifth over 6f at Turfway Park (Synthetic) on March 6. Winning claims. TICKIN TIME BLONDE (10) lines up for the first time since February 8. Started the last campaign impressively when in the placings over 6½f at Kentucky. Has to be respected.
