GO CATS (7) missed the placings two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 1m at Oaklawn Park, beaten 3 lengths after being in the firing line on the turn. Finds a suitable race and can find winning form. SKI PATROL (4) is back after a break of three-and-a-half months. Started the last campaign impressively when in the placings over 1m at Evangeline Downs. Hasn't scored when fresh from a break but generally races well with three minor placings. Has ability and should be right in the finish. TIGERS 'N BEARS (9) finished out of the money two starts back then he settled well back and was beaten 5 lengths when fifth in a 6f contest at Sam Houston Park two-and-a-half weeks ago. Beautifully placed and is sure to be there at the finish. TEXAS HOLDEM (2) ran fourth at his latest appearance over 6f at Sam Houston Park, finishing 4 lengths from the winner. Deserves serious consideration.
