MAYOR OF MIDNIGHT (8) is a well-related three-year-old gelding making his first appearance at the races. By Lope De Vega from Amerique who has produced some fine gallopers, including winners at black type level. Comes from a stable which has an impressive strike rate with the first-starters. Promising type who is one to keep a close eye on in betting. HYDRUS (10) was on debut at Colonial Downs (Dirt) last start where he made a sustained run and finished second, beaten 1.3 lengths, over 6f. Sure to take a lot from that run and is expected to feature again. TIZ FERVOR (4) missed the placings on debut two starts back then ran a better race and finished 2.75 lengths away in fourth last time out over 1m at this track after being in the firing line on the turn. Best figures measure up nicely. Sure to run well.
