SUKHBIR (10) was in the money two starts back at Beaudesert but was unable to repeat the effort last time when tenth, beaten 8 lengths, at Coffs Harbour over 7f after being in the firing line on the corner. Faces an easier assignment so he is likely to play a big role. ARDERN (12) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 5½f at Ipswich, beaten 3 lengths into seventh. Won't find this as tough so she will be hard to beat. DON'T DISS AROUND (7) turned in a fine effort to win by 1.3 lengths at this course and distance last start to maintain his good form of late. Nicely placed to play a pivotal role.
