ELENA MONTERO (7) missed the placings two runs back then didn't feature last start when 3.5 lengths away in fifth over 6f at Moonee Valley after being prominent at the corner. This doesn't look as hard so she will be hard to beat. MADAME MASERATI (8) was out of the money when resuming from a lay-off last start over 5f at Sandown-Hillside, beaten 4.5 lengths. Strips fitter and can find the winners' list. SHEEZA TORONADO (11) finished 11th two runs back at Kyneton then improved last time out to score by 0.8 lengths after being prominent at the bend over 5½f at Geelong. Well placed and there is no reason she cannot repeat the dose. UNDER MY THUMB (6) was a most impressive maiden winner over 5f at Cranbourne last time out, scoring by 2 lengths. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Harder here but should be involved in the finish.
